WooCommerce Analytics

  • Hi Support,

    We’ve had orders from WooCommerce and we are trying to analyse the product sales data by using the Analytics > Products section and sorting all the sales by products level.

    Under the sales chart, there is a search bar that are connected to the products table below that are displaying all the sales data. However, we found out that the search bar could not search or return sales data properly (even though we tried to key in the exact or keywords that are within the product name).

    Could you advise on this?

    Let’s see if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. So please, provide us the following:

    1- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2- Error log: share a copy of any error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
