I’m experiencing the same issue. I upgraded to 6.5 yesterday and now it seems this version has been removed from www.remarpro.com and the latest version is 6.4.1.

503 status code is an HTTP response error that indicates your web server operates properly, but it can’t handle that request at that specific moment.

The error log references this specific plugin:

MStore API: by InspireUI – 3.5.1

Could you momentarily deactivate the plugin and see if it works again?

If not, you may want to deactivate all other plugins (except WooCommerce) and change to a default theme like Storefront.

Thanks, but the error came immediately after I updated to the latest version of Woocommerce.
I disabled MStore API– the error persists.
I downgraded Woocommerce to 6.4.0 and everything is ok so I think the problem is with the new version.

On a standard WooCommerce 6.5.0 installation, using the default Storefront theme, and with no additional plugins, the Analytics panel will render without any issues.

The best way to proceed is to perform a conflict test, as advised by @rainfallnixfig. You can find a detailed explanation on how to perform this test here:

Also, there’s a good chance the problem is due to a lack of server resources. So, if the conflict test doesn’t help, I recommend that you contact your web hosting support service reporting the issue. They should probably be able to bring up the cause, and advise you on whether you need a service upgrade.
