I noticed that the woocommerce analytics for product sales does not show the correct amount of sales.
For example, last week I had 4 sales. On the 21th, 22th, 24th and 25th of march. When I choose ‘products’ in analytics and select the range 21 – 27th of march it shows 2 sales. The ones that are counted are the 21th and 22th. The other two are not showing up in the graph and totals.

How is this possible? There are no filters active, ‘all products’ is selected.

    Hi @mluzvdb,

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

It would be a good idea to share a few screenshots with us and compare the figures shown in Analytics > Products with your orders in WooCommerce > Orders so we can see exactly what is missing. Feel free to redact any information that you don’t want to make public.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Cheers.

    Hi Mirko,

As I’ve already mentioned random orders are missing, for example yesterday and today orders where placed. The order from the 28th is not showing up in analytics, the one today is.

I do not want to share all kinds of screenshots with customer information. And to be honest I do not really see the value of posting screens that will show you that the orders are there and not there as I described. It seems clear to me that the analytics is not counting all orders because it state 0 at days that there are orders. A screenshot will not make this clearer.

Please look into the analytics because they are not correct.

I’ve had 36 orders this year untill today,
    analytics counts 26 orders.

    Hello,

I’ve had 36 orders this year untill today,
    analytics counts 26 orders.

What are the statuses of those orders? There is a setting that can exclude specific order statuses in Analytics > Settings. Could you make sure that those 10 orders (the ones not counted) don’t have excluded order statuses?

If the numbers are still incorrect, please re-import historical data from Analytics > Settings to see if that fixes it for you.

All orders that I counted are completed orders.

    Hi @mluzvdb

Have you tried importing historical data from Analytics > Settings?

Just tried that but it makes no difference, still there is a total count of 26 orders this year while there are 36 completed orders.

    Hi @mluzvdb,

Let’s try to exclude all statuses except “Completed” in Analytics > Settings and save changes.

Then, please disable all plugins except WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know how it goes.

    Makes no difference

    Hi @mluzvdb

    Thanks for checking that.

Please try clearing the Analytics cache from WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear analytics cache and see if the error persists.

Once cleared, please re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics → Settings

If the issue still persists, please try Reimporting Historical Data in Analytics > Settings, and check again. (I’m aware you already did that, but this time it is being done after clearing the analytics cache.)

If it does not work still, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.

Let us know how it goes for you!

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
