    Good day

On 31 January 2022, we receive over 45 customer orders, however, when we check our Analytics > Orders page it only shows 11 orders for 31 January 2022. Up until the 8th February 2022, our orders are still incorrect which affects our revenue.

We need to keep record of our orders and revenue on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Could there be a bug in the WooCommerce system. What can we do to get our orders and revenue back to normal to reflect the correct orders and revenue to date.

Thank you for your help in advance

    Jason

  • Hi @jktech42

To resolve this issue, please go to:

WooCommerce ? Status ? Tools ? Clear analytics cache

This clears the current WooCommerce Analytics cache. Useful if the reports appear to be inaccurate. Once cleared, you can re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics ? Settings

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @jktech42

    Apologies for the delay here.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
