Woocommerce always put on-hold status for outdated credit card

    Hi Everyone,

    Just want to had a quick and clear view about woocommerce subscription.

    Here my situation,

    I have 2 users who subscribed on our website, they can’t change or update their Credit Card details due to their Credit Card was out of date.

    It seems the system forced them to put on-hold status, and can’t resume purchasing new subscription, this subscription is recurring.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Any help will appreciate.
