WooCommerce alls Orders lost after Backup Restore

    Hello,

    we restored an Updraft Backup on one of our clients shops only to notice that all orders were gone. We then proceeded by trying to restore older backups only to learn that none of these backups seem to have any orders in them. How could this have happened? Is there any possibility that the backups contain the orders but updraft fails to restore them?

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear about this. Would it be possible for you to share the restoration log via pastebin.com please? You can find this in the wp-content / updraft folder. The file should have a creation datetime of when the backup was restored and have the word “restore” in the contents of the file.
