    Hi,

    I have a coupon code set up for one particular email type entered into the ‘Allowed Email’ section via my coupon set up. However, it does not work as expected.

    If the code is entered at checkout without ANY details entered into the ‘Billing details’ fields, the discount is still honoured.

    Please see screen shot.

    Any suggestions as to why this might be will be a big help – thanks

    Thanks for your reply. I had re checked with the the thread you linked to too and tested this morning. In my test transaction after the order was placed, I received the error message, ‘Sorry it seems the coupon… it has now been removed from your order.’ Which is correct,as per the the linked thread.

    However, in my case the discount has NOT been removed and the total sits as though it has been applied.

    This looks like some caching issue, to help me diagnose it better, can you give the following a try, please?

    • Clear your browser’s cache or try to use a different browser;
    • If you’re using a caching plugin, try to purge them all;
    • Double-check with your hosting if there is some cache system on their side too;
    • After clearing it up, if the issue persists, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

      You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

      Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @chiape

    Thanks for getting back to me. I re-tested this morning, it took a little while for the actual discount to be removed after the banner was displayed, but it got there eventually.
