The issue is a message “No data to display” showed in page admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Fcategories.
But we can search and see sales from any category in Show -> Single Category.

And it can show the items sold, net sales, orders in the graph section. Only categories filter is not working as usual.

How can we fix this issue? Hope to get your help for this. Thank you very much.

@clheng Are there any errors being logged in your error log when you visit the categories report?

no error log show when visit the categories report. Had just turn on define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); and access it again also not showing any errors. Chrome inspect element also not showing any error in console.

Hi @clheng, thanks for the additional info. Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” That might give us a better idea of what is going on.

    Thanks!

@clheng the devs would like to take a closer look at your dashboard. Can you create an admin user for us using [email protected] as the email address? Once the user has been created, we can use the lost password functionality to reset the password and log in. Thanks!

    Hi,

I had created a user for our demo site. Kindly let me know if you all had received the email. Thanks. Or what email address can we post those details to you all as posting here a bit sensitive for our system details.

    Thank you.

Hi @clheng. I understand if you don’t want to post your full SSR, but the woologin email address gets a lot of emails, so we would need to at least know the name of your site to find the email that was sent. Thanks!

    Our site demo.ordery.my

Hi @clheng, it looks like we didn’t receive that email, at least as far as I can tell. The demo site did not recognize the [email protected] email address either.

We could potentially move this to an email ticket, but you would need to have a premium plugin from the WooCommerce Marketplace for that. Have you bought any plugins from the Marketplace?

Hi @apmwebdev , I do not have plugin from oocommerce marketplace. I had sent you an email regards the login details. Kindly check it at your end. Thanks a lot.

Hi @clheng. I don’t think we got that email. Can you send it again to [email protected]? What email will you be sending from?

I had just resend again. Please check the subject as Woocommerce Admin Categories analysis issue. Thank you.

Thank you, I found the email and was able to log in to your demo site. I was also able to confirm the behavior you described. However, it appears that we do not have full admin capabilities, as I was not able to see the plugins page. One of the things we’ll want to try is conflict testing, which involves disabling plugins to see if there’s a code conflict causing this issue, and we would need full admin privileges to do this. Can you update our user with admin privileges? Once you do, we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!

    Hi,

This is our active site. Therefore we may need to take sometime to clone it to a staging site for you all to test it. Else the testing may affect our other site as this is a multisite network installation.
