    Hello.

After updating the WooCommerce Admin plugin, my site stopped working.
Please send the recovery mode link to your mail to remove this plugin.
    Thank you.

Hmm, can you give us a bit more detail on this? What exactly happened? Is there some sort of error message, or… ?

The more info you can give us, the better we’ll be able to help. ??

I have exactly the same error. I cannot access customers orders or pages or do anything.

It mentions something of a conflict with js. Depending on which browser I am using it will also just show the html code.

I need to roll back the woocommerce admin but don’t know how to.

This sounds like you are having the issue where the 3.0.0 version of Elementor is broken on sites with WooCommerce. Please install the latest version of Elementor (3.0.1) to fix it.

If you have further issues, please post in the Elementor support forum:

I have had the same issue after updating the WooCommerce Admin plugin. I have not yet updated Elementor to 3.0.0 so it can’t be that issue. I cannot get into the backend of my website.

@andreacd If WooCommerce Admin is truly interfering, you can always manually remove the plugin following this procedure:

    1. FTP into your website. (If you don’t know how to do this, your host can help.)
    2. Manually delete this folder: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin.
    3. Try to get back into the site. Does it work?

If so, reinstall WooCommerce Admin. Things should work normally again after that.

If the site does not work again after deleting the WooCommerce Admin folder, something else is likely wrong. Your host can help if that’s the case.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
