Woocommerce address drop down

  • I’m having a problem inside woocommerce, my site I’m building (www.coveredsociety.com) is having an issue with the drop down boxes. Inside of IE9, the work ok. Inside of Firefox 12.0 they have no “default” selecting inside of them (yes, i have set the default when creating the product), and they collapse to about a 2px tall sliver. You can still pick an option, but it returns to the sliver. It’s never visually able to show you what you’ve picked.

    The other (main) issue, it’s only partially forcing the SSL in the checkout pages, and the only reason I can think is because of the drop downs on country and state. When in FF I click the drop down for country, and it turns to a text box where you can never even type anything to get it to work. This creates a loop that will never let you check out, because it thinks the billing and shipping address is still incomplete. This is obviously a big problem as FF 12 is a widely used browser. ??

    Me too! I am also having the same issue with the drop downs on the checkout pages.

    Word. In checkout, my country dropdown box displays the countries in white on a white background.

    Can’t figure out how to make the countries text show in black.

    Any help would be super-duper appreciated!

    Had the same problem with white on white for my dropdowns, just need to navigate to: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/css/chosen.css

    In the CSS file do a search for “.chzn-container{font-size:13px;” and directly after that add “color:#000;” or whatever hex color in which you’d like the text to appear.
