WooCommerce – Additional shipping

i’m using WooCommerce with PayPal, and i have a situation wherein a customer ordered an item, paid for it via PayPal, then contacted us afterward, explaining he needed expedited shipping. Of course, this meant a substantial increase in shipping costs.

When viewing the order itself in the wordpress console, there’s an option to “Add Shipping Cost,” however, when i use that option to add the amount of the difference, there doesn’t appear to be any way to send the customer an invoice for the outstanding amount.

Ideally, how i’d like to handle this is for WooCommerce to send the customer an email (similar to how i can send the customer an “Order Note” from the Order page), with a PayPal link so they can pay the difference. Is there a way to do this?
