Woocommerce Additional (Meta) Fields

  • Can your plugin pick up the additional fields in Woocommerce orders, like the shipping method and tracking details so I can place them in the completed order emails?

    Metadata like shipping method and tracking details can be displayed in WooCommerce order emails using the WC hook feature or shortcode.

    We have this plugin work with our WooCommerce Orders Tracking and display the tracking info. You can see this FAQ for further information

    We cannot use a shipping tracking plugin because the shop on the site is connected to a WMS system called Linnworks, which sends the tracking information and carrier information to the site via a custom field.

    The requirement is to have this information populated into the completed order email so the customer knows the tracking information.

    Does your plugin have this ability in the free version so we can test or is it only in the paid for version.

    We don’t have an issue paying but want to be sure the plugin is suitable for us.

    Hi,

    According to your description, this information seems to be saved in the order meta.

    Our plugin supports retrieving this data via shortcode, and this feature is not available in the basic version.
