Woocommerce Additional Fields

I have a number of additional fields set up in the WooCommerce Checkout. Can they be added to the pdf invoice that gets created. As it is now it only sends the basic info. I have not figured out how it could be done. If this is possible it would make this plugin in worth paying for as the current woocommerce email layout is not what I prefer especially if you need to print it.
