Woocommerce Add to Cart not redirecting to checkout after clicking

    Hello,

    When customers of our clients website would click “Add to Cart” it would redirect them to the checkout. Recently this stopped working and we are not sure why? When they use the Elementor button it works fine but when they use the Woocommerce Add to Cart widget its not working. Could you help me find the solution?

    I understand you are having trouble with the Add to cart not redirecting customers to the check-out page.

    Could you please confirm under your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Add to cart behavior > ?Redirect to the cart page after successful addition is checked?

    If it is, please try flushing the settings by unchecking it then checking it and saving the changes. Refresh your site and test to see if this helps.

    Yes its checked! I tried resetting it and it didn’t change it unfortunately. Could it be a conflict with another plug-in?

    I’m not able to replicate this so yes, it’s most likely a conflict. :?)

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for Woo
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
