Woocommerce Add Shipping Zones Problem

    Hi

    My WordPress and Woocommerce are up to date. Every time i try to click in the button of add shipping method (or create a shipping area) just reload the page but it doesn’t give any option (flat rate, or any other option) Any idea of the problem? Also, I deactivate all the plugins (extensions) that can affect woocommerce like woocommerce payments, etc. but still the same, just reload the page but not options.
    What can i do to fix it?

  • Hi there, same problem here. I guess I have read several reports regarding this problem, and wondering why they are not releasing a new update to solve the problem. I have tried anything, I guess there is something wrong with plugin core itself.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
