woocommerce add produt page problem

hi, i got some problem regarding woo-commerce add product page, after configuring all settings when i clicked on add product page i saw only text on that page, i refreshed lots of time, deleted cache files, open with another browser, wait for 1 day, also increased allocated memory size but nothing happened. please help. i uninstalled whole WordPress and start again but same problem. please help.
