Woocommerce — add order manually

Hello,

I am trying to add an order manually in woocommerce and I encounter the following problems:

— I can only choose “guest” — no “customers” are shown
— I cannot find or add a product

Can anybody help me to fix this? Any idea?
(I am using the Kadence Virtue Premium Theme)
