Hi, i’m trying to add more downloadable files to a digital product but it looks like it will not let me add more file lines. Everytime i hit the UPDATE button it removes the last added files and stays on it’s limit (310 files). I need to have more that 500 files but it’s not possible for me. Any suggestions? Please Help Me!!

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us here at WooCommerce.com!

I understand that you’re having a hard time adding more than 310 downloadable files to a product and the 311th is simply not saved.

I was not able to find any references of an actual limit so I’d assume this is happening due to limitations of your server.

As a workaround, you could compress your 500+ files to a .zip archive and add that as a single downloadable file.

Alternatively, you could use a plugin which stores the files on an external server, something like Amazon S3 Storage.

    I hope this helps!
