WooCommerce Account Page Generates Internal Server Error
-
Hi,
A site I’ve designed (https://shopladyloco.com) is an online store running on the woocommerce plugin. However, I’m experiencing THREE MAJOR errors.
1. When the account page is accessed (https://shopladyloco.com/my-account) I receive an internal server error (error 500).
2. Not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this but on the checkout page, after filling up the billing info and clicking on checkout, the page freezes and doesnt redirect to a thank you page.
3. Some visitors have complained that when they try to access the site, they get a “Under Maintenance” error. I suspect this problem has to do with the web server host since the site is running on a shared server but I’m unable to describe the problem to the support team since I don’t know why “under maintenance” even displays – I have seen this problem on my own computer but right now the site loads fine.
Could anyone checkout the site and help me out with this problem?
I have already increased the PHP memory to 132M so that can’t be the problem right?
Thanks,
Jeremy
