There’s no direct way to change the Login menu item URL. LoginPress Pro?has the Hide Login?add-on to change the login page URL that automatically changes the login menu item URL. But in your case, the /my-account page of WooCommerce will be replaced with the default WordPress login form.

So, you can try this alternative if that works for you:

• Add the “Register” menu item of Login Logout Menu in your Menu.
• Change the Navigation Label to “Login” or to a label of your choice.
• Now, add the “Log Out” menu item of Login Logout Menu as a sub-item of the Register menu item. Like this: https://capture.dropbox.com/3FPIQDO1g8RQZ2Gt
• Lastly, add this filter to your theme’s functions.php: https://loginpress.pro/doc/login-logout-menu-filters/#3-filter-to-redirect-the-users-to-a-custom-registration-page

This way, you can add the /my-account URL using the Login Logout Menu. The sub-item Logout link will not be shown if the user is logged in. When logged out, the Register item will be hidden from the menu, and the logout link will be automatically shown in the menu.
