    WooCommerce 7.8.0 updated to WooCommerce 8.3.1 and all the backend orders disappeared, I tried downgrading to WooCommerce 7.8.0 and the orders appeared again.

    Plugins are all turned off , only WooCommerce is left.

    The theme is using Hello Elementor theme.

    Please note that version 8.3.1 is already outdated. Can you please update WooCommerce to the latest version, 8.7, as well as all your other plugins that have new versions and the theme and check if the issue persists?

    We recommend keeping everything updated. Regularly updating plugins helps maintain your site’s security, performance, and compatibility while ensuring you benefit from the latest features and improvements.

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
