Woocommerce 7.3.0 breaks Site after PHP 8 Update

Hi, I have disabled all other plugins, Core/theme and plugin files are al updated. After Updating to PHP 8.x the site breaks. When disabling Woocommerce everything looks fine; Error code with Woocommerce:
