    Hello and good day.

I just installed a fresh copy of wordpress and the newest version of WooCommerce.

    6.6.1 is having issues.

It will not allow you to navigate way from the post wocommerce install page.

Installing 6.6.0 seems to work just fine.

    Any reported issues?

    Hi @rayeason!

I’ve been using WooCommerce core 6.6.1 for a few days since it was available and didn’t notice any particular issue. All is running smoothly and there is no report of navigation issues on Github. Did you try with another browser or did you attempt to use incognito/private mode?

Can you make sure on your fresh install of WordPress and WooCommerce you also run a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty?

If the problem persists with this configuration, kindly provide us the following and we’ll take a closer look.

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).
    • Developer Console: Right-click on the page or press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed using a tool like https://snipboard.io/.

    Thanks!

As I said, it was a fresh install, on a new site.

    The default theme was twenty-twenty-two.

I have installed and reinstalled it every time with the same results.

Installing the previous version has word each and every time.

I have already proceeded to configure and install on the older copy.

I’ll have to setup a seperate site and submit that information over.

    Hi there,

Please see if it works with another browser or private mode as mentioned above. For testing, you can quickly set up a staging site by installing the WP Staging Plugin. If it still doesn’t let you navigate the backend, provide us with the requested information and we’ll be happy to check this further.

    Best regards.

I installed WP Staging, uninstalled woocommerce 6.6.0 and installed 6.6.1 and it worked just fine.

I believe it’s because the database was already prepped by 6.6.0.

So I will have to create an entirely new site to test with.

After reinstalling one more time, it seems to be working.

I have no idea what the issue was other than maybe Chrome caching something and causing issues (as it loves to do) (-.-).

Thank you for your quick response to this.

    You guys rawk \O/!
