Hi, we were auto updated to 6.5 and there are issues accessing Analytics. Are there any issues with this version beyond Analytics and should we revert back to an old version?

    Hi @ethan1212,

    Thanks for reaching out!

WooCommerce core released version 6.5 but it was rolled back due to a fatal error on sites with WooCommerce Admin active.

If you have Analytics enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Analytics but still can’t access it in the WP dashboard I would suggest, for now, while waiting for the new release (6.5.1), to roll back to version 6.4.1.

To do this you can use a plugin like WP Rollback.

Before doing any changes you should always ensure that you have a backup of your site in case anything goes wrong. More info at Backing up WordPress content.

    Best.

Thanks, should I manually run a database update via woocommerce tools once we rollback?

    Hi there,

WP Rollback will let you revert to a previous core version but will not change the WC database version. You can run the database update once you upgrade to core 6.5.1 which is expected to be released soon.
