This sounds like a support request than a review.

We do always recommend updating your site on a staging or test environment and not to update your live site without testing.

Site crashed after update to woocommerce 3.5 – caused fatal error.

Most fatal errors will have an error logged about what caused it, that would help narrow down how to fix it.

Can I ask for you to amend your review or amend your rating, please if you found that the core WooCommerce plugin wasn’t to blame?
