Woocommerce 2.5.5 no single product image

    Have a website for a customer where the images is gone now. All is normal in product setup, and images can be seen in categories, related etc. but all product images and the thumbs are gone.

    Specs are below here… running 4.5.1, Woo 2.5.5 and Avada 3.9.3. Have upgraded from 3.9.1 and thinking of 4.0 but don’t this is the cause?

    If you edit a product, is the featured image set there or missing?

    All is visible inside the product edit.. both “featured” image, and the images added to “gallery

    Im completly lost of what is the reason. Have tried to remove images and add them again, same result. And as you can see all images is there inside the admin etc. but in single product nothing visible.

    Sounds like its the theme then. Do they have updates available?

    You hitted the spot.. seems that only the new avada 4.0 is working on this site. Some of the other sites is running at older versions with no problems.

    But now the images returned to the spot, and thats the most important, then I just have to update the website because Avada has made some huge changes to the way it works in the 4.0 version.

    But thanks for the support, it’s resolved..

    So if you see other with Avada theme with this problem, then inform to upgrade to the 4.0 version.

    I have the same problem with avada and woocommerce. Can you tell me how you solved the problem? Thank you
