Problem solved.
What happened was the following:
Had placed a file. Htaccess in / public_html / wp-content
and I forgot.

And it contains

Order deny, allow
Deny from all
<Files ~ “.(xml|css|jpe?g|png|gif|js)$”>
Allow from all
</ Files>
