woocommerce 2.02 update killed site

  • unable to login to admin, error on page when you go to url: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Woocommerce::instance() in /home4/cccp/public_html/lionblood.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce.php on line 887

    I attempted to roll back to old woocommerce via ftp, did not work, found an update here, did not work, site still inaccessible. Need help asap

    Have updated via ftp to newest version, site is online, albeit with major formatting errors and fatal errors all over the site.
