WooCommerce 2.0.10 update = Dead Cart Widget

I recently updated to 2.0.10 from 2.0.8 because, well, updates are good! Or so I hoped..
I developed a custom theme and with all of my product pages, the goal is to use the cart widget in a sidebar to allow customers to add items to their cart and view their cart contents in real time. I was almost finished developing the sidebar with the cart widget until the 2.0.10 update completed busted it.
The first thing I noticed was that when I go to select a size for my variable product I am no longer shown the quantity buttons and add to cart button in the widget. It simply does nothing. Before the quantity and add buttons would slide down when you select your option for the variable product you’re viewing.
I figured it may be as simple as deleting the widget and just re-adding it to the sidebar.. nope! When I deleted the widget most of the widget contents remained ‘stuck’ in the sidebar. It’s impossible for me to remove it unless I delete the sidebar completely. If I try to add the cart widget to another widgetized sidebar area it only adds the title of the cart widget now.. I guess because the remainder of the widget is stuck in the other sidebar.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I am still in development so I haven’t purchased any payment plugins for WC yet which prohibits me from using their official support forums.
