    Hello!

The problem we’re facing with is that Woocommecre Analyitcs, calling external API when order status is updated, GLS plugin sending notification is not working becaues of Mailchimp for Woocommerce re-sync.

But after we disconnect the Mailchimp everything works fine.

Based on the Mailchimp’s support they’ve said that Mailchimp re-sync should not have any impact on other Woocommerce processes. Is this true?

    Looking forward for your answer.

    Best regards,

    Rok.

    Hi @rokaklih,

I understand your concern with the WooCommerce Analytics, GLS plugin, and Mailchimp for WooCommerce.

It’s true that Mailchimp’s re-sync should ideally not interfere with other WooCommerce processes. However, if you’re experiencing issues when Mailchimp is connected, there might be a possible conflict between the plugins.

I suggest you temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for Mailchimp, GLS and WooCommerce to see if the problem persists.

If it doesn’t, activate the plugins one by one to identify the one causing the conflict.

Please let us know the outcome so we can further assist you.

    Hi,

I’ve deactivated everything except Wooc, Mailchimp and Elementor (becuase of the maintenance mode). But the issue still persists.

It’s wierd that would be a plugin conflict, because as soon as I stopped the mailchimp sync, the Woocommerce Analytics and Woo Webhooks were working fine.

Currently I’m running “Advanced Queue Setup In CLI mode” for mailchimp re-sync. So I cannot stop the sync now.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi there @rokaklih ??

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.

Currently I’m running “Advanced Queue Setup In CLI mode” for mailchimp re-sync. So I cannot stop the sync now.

As I understand, the issue appears when the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin is active.

Since the forum thread linked above is from 3 years ago, I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support (linked here), as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust this helps, and provides clarity. ??
