Woocomm conflict since update

Hi, I am working on a multi site and since the new update, all of the new duplicated my sites cant add new shipping options and neither can clients add products to the basket (only logged in administrators can add new products to their basket) (the main site and older sites still work perfectly)

Main site and one of my sub sites , I have turned of all plugins excpet for Woocommerce, I have switched to new themes. I have debugged my WordPress site. Please help
