• Hi I have tried several things including assistance from Bluehost. With Beshop Pro any attempt to use woocommerce plugins for my shop page such as display products by category is giving a critical error. I need assistance with this please as there is zero information available on it from the WP Theme Space website.

  • I’m having the exact same problem but I’m using Shopkeep/Ecwid instead of woocomerce. I have reverted back to the free version and it works fine, but this is very frustrating.

Were you able to find an error code? Mine would show me the shop categories, but when I clicked them, I got a “rolling ball of death” on my cursor and nothing ever happened. When I attempted to access the category pages through direct links in my menu, they turned up blank shop pages.

Are we having the same problem?

    Hi!

Oh no that’s not good. ?? Well I don’t think we are having the exact same problem but we might it may be similar. I was not able to see anything or do any editing to my pages as soon as I added any blocks from woocommerce. I attempted to add a show product by category block to just a generic page and it would give me an error immediately. But with the free theme there was no issues. I did install a Debug plugin as I was trying to follow some tutorials on it but its so over my head it just confused me more.

I’ve been waiting for the developers to respond to a couple emails on https://wpthemespace.com/ but have not heard anything. I most likely will be requesting a refund at this point. Its so frustrating as you know first hand!

I’ll reply with any relevant info if I get any though.

I see. We aren’t having the exact same problem but I believe our problems are connected and are equally a fault on the side of BeShop.
I’ve had an interesting experience with BeShop support, I asked them about Gif support in their pro version around 12-10-20 using their pre-sales portal and got nothing. I understand it’s near the holidays but it’s been nearly a month. I sent another one today. I expect in order to get a refund you’ll have to go through your credit card company because whoever is at wpthemespace.com seems to be MIA.
I’ll also relay any response I get, but I’m not holding my breath.
Best of luck to you and happy New Year.

    Hi,
Sorry for the very late response for vacation. I will try to fix the issue as soon as possible.
    Please wait
    Thanks

Hey guys, did you ever get this resolved?

Just wondering about the response time to support related issues. I sent a support inquiry about a week ago and have not received a reply yet.

    Thanks
