woocomerce payment not connected after a payment/booking

  • Hi,

    It’s been 2 months that I am struggling with the same problem on my website, The booking is nit connected o woo commerce.
    Like if someone wants to buy a tip on my website, I will have no information on WordPress, no reservations, on the shop part.

    For example is someone book this tour: https://lafriqueautrement.com/tour-item/nosi/
    It will be connected as a product. There will be no action on the WordPress admin. It’s really important for us cuz we will like to add a partial payment. So people can pay 50% now and 50% after.

    Could you help me, please?

    Hi,

    Can you confirm that you have PayPal Pro activated in your PayPal account. If you don’t, please contact PayPal and request them to activate PayPal pro in your account. Then use the correct API keys in the addon’s settings.

    Hi, did you raise this issue with WooCommerce developers? Also, maybe you can check the log files to see if anything is revealed.
