However, changing tax rates automatically based on the shop language is not a standard feature of WooCommerce. Typically, tax rates are determined by the customer’s address rather than the language of the shop.
That said, to achieve the functionality you’re looking for, you might need to use a combination of a multi-language plugin and a tax plugin that supports geo-location-based tax calculations or custom coding.
