    Good afternoon. Faced such a problem. For about 2 years I was transferring the site using a duplicator. Half a year ago, I discovered a problem when updating the plug-in, the site gives a critical error. I can’t not update the plugin either, it doesn’t update prices and imports new products. We analyzed the problem with hosting – we found it – here is the answer The Duplicate entry ‘0’ for key ‘PRIMARY’ error, judging by the information found, is due to the fact that auto-increment is not set for the column with the primary key in the table. I’m trying to fix the problem and it doesn’t work

    I understand that you’re unable to update the plugin and receives the error message above.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
