WooCom Customers – some guest customer not showing

    We are migrating orders and customers from shopify to woocommerce. Going to the WooCommerce > Customers section though, not all guest customers can be found there. I already tried to clear woocom transients and analytics cache and reimported historical data but still the same where some guest customers are showing while some are not. Did anybody experience this already and how to fix this?

    Hello @nashlesigon,

    What plugin are you using to import the customer’s details?

    Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
