Woocart check out page lists all countries in the world

The issue i have it that when you add a product from resources “Resources” to the cart and then I go to the cart to checkout, the checkout page immediately shows a long list of every country in the world, instead of a small dialog box with the list of countries you can scroll.

To replicate the issue, just add any product to a cart, then hit checkout and you will see this problem. The Theme is fully updated, and wordpress is updated.
How can i just have the checkout page show just a small scrollable list of countries?

I tried adding a test product to the Cart, then proceeded to the Checkout page.
On the Checkout page, I am only seeing four countries listed in the dropdown, not all countries as you mentioned — were you already able to resolve this?
I am seeing some very strange behavior though. While the dropdown displays OK, it is also listing the countries as text below the dropdown as well. Clicking on the text seems to update the dropdown. This is certainly not expected behavior:
