    I have just started using woo commerce. I noticed that this month, Woo deposited the wrong amount. Missing $5.00. on the transition record, it is showing $7.04 but only deposited $2.04. Can anyone help?

    I understand your frustration about getting the wrong amount deposited into your bank account. I’ll be glad to help you out.

    First, I’d like to clarify that when a customer’s payment is successfully captured on your site via WooPayments, there is a certain amount that is deducted directly from that payment before it is?deposited into your bank account.

    These amounts vary based on?various factors, including but not limited to the country your business is located in, the country your customer is located in, the currency with which the customer paid, and the payment method chosen by the customer. You can learn more about these fees from this guide.

    It is not service charge. I have been using woo payment for over 3 years. This is my first time to see it happened. the actual calculated payment amount (minus the service charge) as indicated in the deposit record is off by $5. Please let me know what I can send you to investigate this issue.

    Hi I tried to create support request on woo.com but it keeps saying “Please provide a valid website URL.” I have copy and past the status report as instructed and this is what I got. please help.
