WOO WPMS Language file install fails

Hi
apperently there is a issue with woo languages in a wpms install. I cant install the files as it fails. This is still a wpms old style running subsites by the blogsdir folder. See image below
Please fix the issue as this is very annoying and or provide a solution to fix this manually.
