Woo Vipps

  • Hi
    I just updated my wordpress software and used payment solution “Vipps for woocommerce”.

    I have problems with payments being canceled and receiving this error: This extension has not been tested with your version of WordPress.

    Is this something you know about or can help me with?

    What version of WP/Woo are you using?

    Normally, cancels means that the user has abandonded the purchase; and the version message isn’t related. But if you have an older version of WP, it may not be supported.

    I’ve upgraded to the latest version, also tried to re-install back to WordPress 5.0.3.

    But none of the parts seem to work: – /

    I haven’t tested the beta versions (yet) but 5.0.3 should work . Try to see if you get any error messages either in the Woocommerce logs or on your servers php error log.

    The Woocommerce error logs are in WooCommerce/System Status/Logs. You will need to check “fatal errors” and “woo-vipps” at least. For the PHP error log you will need to check with your hosting provider.

    Testing for 5.1 beta will probably start next week.
