    Hi,

We have developed a plugin that connects to an external API.
Our point is to create user or to update them after a successful subscription order.

For the first order, using the “woocommerce_payment_complete” hook, it works as intended.

The problem is that the same script on the “woocommerce_subscription_renewal_payment_complete” hook, for it to trigger after a customer pay for their renewal, and it doesn’t seem to trigger at all.
I’ve already tried to add a simple wp_mail function as first statement, and I don’t receive anything.

    Thank you for your help,

    Hi there,

At the moment, this support forum is limited to supporting the core aspects of the WooCommerce plugin only. For more support on Woo Subscriptions, we recommend getting in touch with our support team at https://woo.com/my-account/contact-support/.

That said, given the nature of the request here and its link to custom coding, I would also strongly recommend joining the Woo developer community on Slack and/or running any existing code through ChatGPT for alternative options/suggestions.

    Hope it helps!
