    Hello fagnerafm,

Thanks for reaching out to Woo support.

The feature you’re looking for is quite specific and isn’t included in the core features.
However, you can easily add this feature to your site by using a plugin.

To enable the Subscription feature, you can consider using a plugin like WooCommerce Subscriptions, which is developed and maintained by WooCommerce.
I recommend reaching out to pre-sales support for further assistance with this.

There are also other third-party plugins available that offer the Subscription feature.
You have the freedom to choose the plugin that best suits your needs.

I hope this information is helpful to you.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. ??

    Best regards.

I already have Woo Subscription. What I need is to set up a Subscription where: – The Customer only pays once. – Every month Woo Subscription generates an order to send a product to the customer. Can you help me?

    Hi there @fagnerax,

Thanks for confirming to be using our premium extension – WooCommerce Subscriptions.

What I need is to set up a Subscription where: – The Customer only pays once. – Every month Woo Subscription generates an order to send a product to the customer. Can you help me?

I understand you need to set up recurring subscriptions from your store. You can check out this detailed guide here.

While the WooCommerce Subscriptions is a premium extension which is not supported on this forum, we recommend reaching out in our internal ticketing system where our Happiness Engineers will be happy to assist you in achieving your desired results.

With that said, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
