Woo sending processing email immediately even though order on hold

    Can I get some help please? Woocommerce is sending the processing email after an order is made even though the status is on hold. Then it sends another processing email when changed to processing status.

    On top of that, it is also adding payment instructions to the processing order that is sent when order status is still on hold.

    Then there is no payment instructions on the second processing order email that is sent when status is actually changed to processing

    If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, do you have the “Order on-hold” email enabled? And if so, does the text happen to be changed to the same as the Processing order email?

    @m155y5 sorry didn’t get an email saying you responded the first time. Yes on hold emails are on. No they dont have the same thing as processing orders for added text
