    Ok, please try the following test.
    Go to CartBoutny > Tools > Exit Intent and in the Main title input field try copying and saving this emoji ??</img> .

    After this please see if the emoji has been saved and then check if it is displayed in Exit Intent popup in your store. This will test if your options table supports 4 byte symbols. Let me know your test results.
