    I recently added some SkU’s to some more of our products, once I noticed that some were not showing under the items section in Square. I am wondering when will they populate on Square Up under the items, so I can use Square to manage their inventory.

    All our other items populate on items and have not been set to sync with Square, as we were not using the inventory feature at that time, but we are now.

    Does it have to wait until one is sold, is there a way to manually do it. I just want all my products with SKU’s now to show up in the Square Up Items sections.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I understand that you’ve noticed that some of the products that exist on WooCommerce side but they’re missing in your Square dashboard.

    After adding SKUs to these products, they’re still not synced to Square.

    Which version of Square for WooCommerce plugin are you using? Also, is WooCommerce or Square set as System of Record?

    In this case, if you’re using the latest version – you may want to set WooCommerce as a System of Record and do the manual sync, as described in the documentation.
