I’m using the woo products widget for my products page and I’m having a problem: I set the Query source to “Main Query”, so the user can filter by category. But with the Main Query option the “Load More” button disappears and the user can’t see all the products within that category.

I can’t choose any of the other types of queries because they won’t filter by category

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Also, the number of products per page NEVER works. Whatever number we set there, the element shows a random number of products per category.

    Hi @labd12estudio,

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

May I ask what is the plugin that you’ve used to create the filter so I can check things further from my end?

    Regards

On my products/shop page I have a taxonomy list(made with royal addons for elementor), and your “woo products” element. The user will filter by category clicking on the taxonomy list that shows my products categories.

I know the problem is not with the taxonomy list element, because when I access the products category URL from inside the admin panel (admin panel>products>categories), your element still doesn’t show them all correctly (by the number of products per page) and doesn’t show the load more button.

    Hi @labd12estudio

I’m so sorry, but I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. I’ve checked your page, but when I click on any category on the left, the products are loaded. It would be really great if you could share a screen recording showing the issue so I can see the issue from your perspective.

When you click on the categories on the left the “woo products” element doesn’t load all of the products within the category, and it also doesn’t show the “load more” button. Try clicking on a category with more than 20 products and count how many appear. It won’t show all of the products, and you won’t be able to see the rest of the products of that category because there isn’t a “load more” button.

    Hello?

    Hi @labd12estudio

Actually, Premium Woo Products Listing widget filters the products and show the load more button based on the filters and the settings in the widget itself, not those coming from the page link, or another widget (the filters on the left side).

My god, do you really not understand the issue or are you plying dumb? The filters and settings of YOUR widget are not working!!! I set a number of products per page, and it just shows a random number of products regardless, and when there’s more products than the number per page I set, the load more button doesn’t show up and you can’t see all the products whitin that category!!

What they answered me was that my ticket has been replied and that was it. Don’t know what you want me to “check”. This issue is only going to be solved when someone from your team access my website with admin role and see whats going on
