  • Over the years I have tried just about every single ecommerce solution known to mankind. I worked with Joomla for over 5 years and creating online shops with that was a nightmare so I gave up. I have also tried all the others, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Shopify to name a few, none of them even come close to the ease of use that WooCommerce offers. Since discovering WordPress and now WooCommerce, it has breathed new life into my web design business as now I finally feel confident setting up shops for clients. I am not a coder and I was able to set everything up exactly as I wanted, no coding was required. Without any hesitation, WooCommerce is now my ‘go to’ plugin for online shops and I highly recommend it to others. I can’t thank the developers enough for creating this amazing solution. Thank you! ??

    I’m sorry I didn’t know where else to post this. I have created a support ticket with WooThemes. I’m just stressed out and really desperate. My client is putting huge amounts of pressure on me. Any help would be appreciated.

    Some of your request may be out of scope for general support (customization/non advertised functionality), but I’ve pinged one of the support ninjas to take a look at the bugs you’ve found. There is currently a backlog due to increased tickets coming in which is being addressed, but be assured all tickets do receive a response and will be resolved asap.
