    I am using WooCommerce for online orders for a restaurant. I have talked the client into using the Woo IOS App to view incoming orders. The problem is the app is not showing the variations of the product order. Any ideas why? I cant seem to find a support contact for them.

    We do not offer phone support. For customers who have purchased any of our paid products from https://www.woocommerce.com, they can log in there to get live chat and email support. For people just using the free open source products like WooCommerce and the WooCommerce mobile app, we have these community forums.

    As for your question, the mobile will show variable products as you can see on this demonstration order that I just made:

    If you are not seeing that, it could be that you are not using the default variable product feature and are instead using a plugin to add additional complex product types.

    How many attributes do you have on their variations? Do you have a link to a product that they had this issue with?

    thank you. I have noticed that we have the app on 3 phones using the same username and password. None of the users are getting notifications now. Started about sunday. Any ideas?

    Their settings on their phones are set to allow notifications for this app.
