I’ve just noticed that customers can not checkout out as a guest on my site (even though the ‘enable guest checkout‘ button has been checked in the woocommerce settings).

When a new user attempts to go to the checkout page they get this message…

“You must be logged in to checkout”.

The only way I can avoid this message and get the checkout form to display is by enabling this setting in woocommerce…

‘Enable customer registration on the “Checkout” page’

The consequence of all this means I now have to force customers to create an account on my checkout page before placing an order!

Can someone work this out and find a way for me to please enable guest checkout without forcing customers to create an account.

FYI the website with this issue is as follows…

    https://nourishfoods.co.uk

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @ryankanwal,

I can see the site you linked to is selling subscriptions. I’m not 100% sure what subscription plugin you are using, but most subscription plugins require the customer to create an account – the subscription needs to be tied with some customer. If you’re in doubt, you can check this with the authors of your subscription plugin directly.

    Cheers!
