    hello, woo do not generate an order numbers at all..

    Can you please explain further exactly what is happening when an order is placed on the site?

    Any screenshots that you can provide as well would be helpful.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    the problem was resolved yesterday, there was plugin that did a bug, thanks
